We batch our bookings by neighbourhood so we can serve you efficiently. Typical wait time is 1–2 weeks during peak summer season.
Book Your Service →A standard 3-burner grill takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Larger grills, built-in kitchens, or heavily neglected BBQs can take 2–3 hours. We don't rush — your grill gets the time it needs.
Nope. As long as we can access your BBQ and a working electrical outlet, we can do the job while you're out. We'll send you before & after photos when it's done.
We prefer dry weather — our finishing polish is oil-based, so rain can interfere with the final result. We can work through light drizzle if needed, but for the best outcome, we'll reschedule heavy rain days to the next available date at no charge. This is Vancouver Island, so we're used to working around the weather!
Yes! We clean all major brands — Weber, Napoleon, Broil King, Traeger, and more. If it's a barbecue, we've probably cleaned thousands of them. Just let us know the brand and model when you book.
Every BBQ gets treated with our signature eco-friendly degreaser — it's effective, safe for your grill, and gentle on the environment. For heavily neglected grills or tough buildup, we also use professional-grade industrial cleaners where needed to get the job done right. We finish every job with a stainless steel polish so your BBQ looks showroom-new.
